Privacy policy
This policy is also provided in Traditional Chinese for reference. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
The short version: your client and lesson data never leaves your device. The only data shared externally is what AdMob needs to show ads (free version) and what RevenueCat needs to verify your subscription.
1. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is entered by you and stored exclusively on your device using a local database. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party:
- Client and student names and phone numbers
- Payment records and package information
- Class schedules and notes
You have full control over this data. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data permanently.
2. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each with its own privacy practices:
Used to display advertisements to users who have not subscribed to Premium. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads.

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID account settings.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by tutors and educators (adults). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Student profiles created within the App are managed solely by the tutor using the App.
5. Data Security
All personal data you enter is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's own security mechanisms (passcode, Face ID, etc.). We recommend enabling the iCloud Backup feature (Premium) to keep your data safe.
6. Your Rights
You can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the App. For any privacy-related requests, contact us at the address below.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at the URL where this policy is hosted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
